We prefer a bit of R & R (Rogue plus another Rogue please…), but here are our Terms & Conditions.
If you wish to return your order you must notify us first, return the product within 14 days of notification and within 90 days of the original order. Please make sure all returns are packaged appropriately as goods returned damaged, opened or spoiled will not be refunded. Please note the original courier costs are non-refundable. All refunds for returned goods will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
If you think the products are spoiled or damaged in anyway please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We reserve the right to check the quality of the product by having this returned to us, so please do keep hold of your Rogue if you believe it to be out of condition in any way.
